On disc:

Neil Young Archives - Vol. 1

On vinyl:

Marty Robbins - Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs
Marty Robbins - More Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs (because you never can have too many
tongue.gif
)

Mainly picked these up out of curiosity (and they were cheap). My only exposure to these songs is from cover versions by the Dead, and seeing Marty Robbins sing on The Johny Cash Show back in the day...

Did you buy the archives on CD and what do you think of the set. I am considering the DVD set, but question whether I will actually have the time to watch it.

I bought the CD version (since I have a great HDCD player), but really wanted the BluRay - just nothing to play it on. In some ways, the DVD set may be the best compromise, since you get the book, and the videos, with no issues wrt BluRay player compatibility.

Truth of the matter is I haven't had the time to sit down and listen yet, but I have no doubt it's goona sound great.
