Artist; Hans Theesink
Album; Bridges
Song; Behind the sun, (and the rest of the album...)

Hans is a great guitar player and allways fun to listen to.
The recording quality is pretty good stuff too!
The different "African" voices on this album sound fantastic.
Sometimes I get the feeling that were Paul Simon started with his "Graceland" Hans took it further

As much as I like "Graceland", this is even better!

And Hans is from "The Netherlands" ofcourse!

If you give some of those songs a listen I hope you say the same thing, but in a good way.

I'm listening to the other songs now, after listening to Jimmy, and I must say that I really like it.
Private Lilly and Jimmy I like most.
Too bad I'm listening with a laptop right now so the sound quality isn't really up to par...

Artist; Buddy Guy
Album; Damn right, I've got the blues!
Track; Damn right, I've got the blues!

Listen to the whole thing and find out why Eric Clapton thinks Buddy Guy is the single best guitar player in the world!
And he's not a bad blues singer either...

First I'll go for the common.

Genre: Rock
Artist: Pink Floyd
Album: Wish You Were Here
Track: Wish You Were Here

The whole thing is amazing, but I love the guitar duet at the beginning of this track.

Now my latest discovery:

Artist: Eltjo Haslehoff
Genre: Folk/Fingerstyle Guitar
Album: Fingerstyle Guitar Solos
Track: I can't pick just one

This guy is a self-taught guitar player and he is amazing. I bought the tracks from this album and his "Guitar Magic" album on iTunes and wish I had spent the extra $$$ for the CD.

Hi,
Are you talking about Robert Dillon?
Or which artist are you referring to?

Great to see that I'm not the only one who appreciates Pink Floyd as well as Folk artists!
