He broke the agreement he had with you. Your ownly recourse is not to deal with him anymore. Just drop it. He is not worth it.

That's the way people are. I am a bit bitter. I rarely trust anyone any more like that. You just can't.
Sell your records. Don't give them away! That way there are no problems, except for selling problems.
