We are excited to announce the launch of the Harmon model, part of the XTM series, which is priced at $349.99. The XTM series features an innovative design for IEM frequency crossovers, distinguishing itself from traditional product lines. So, what makes the Harmon unique? Let’s explore!

The Harmon, an impressive model in the XTM series, features three full-size 10mm dynamic drivers and an innovative four-cavity tuning system housed in a remarkably compact size, the result of imaginative acoustic engineering.

Unlike most in-ear headphones that utilize multiple dynamic drivers, the Harmon distinguishes itself by incorporating three 10mm full-size dynamic drivers with unique configurations and outstanding performance. Each driver is paired with an acoustic cavity that enhances its capabilities. We has successfully implemented this intricate acoustic system in the Harmon, achieving impressive acoustic measurements and superb sound quality in a surprisingly compact size.

The Harmon mid-treble driver employs a glass-dome composite flexible-suspension diaphragm, created using a specialized glass molding process. This diaphragm, which is only a micron thick, exhibits significantly higher rigidity and improved damping characteristics compared to metal diaphragms. As a result, it delivers crystal-clear sound with exceptional treble extension and rich high-frequency detail.

The composite flexible suspension also minimizes non-linear distortion while enhancing mid-frequency performance, leading to dynamic and impactful sound.

The new compact internal and external composite magnetic circuit mid-treble dynamic unit uses two N52 neodymium magnets and three magnetic conductors, and is equipped with a OFC lightweight voice coil to form a high-efficiency, low-distortion transducer system, taking full advantage of the new diaphragm and delivering strong dynamics.

The bass is produced by dual 10mm dynamic drivers, following the classic horizontally-opposed double dynamic driver alignment. This design improves magnetic circuit efficiency, enhances dynamic range, and reduces nonlinear distortion.

Each dynamic driver includes an N52 internal magnetic circuit, an CCAW lightweight voice coil, and a flexible suspension composite diaphragm, ensuring high-quality and low-distortion bass.

As befits the name, the goal of Harmon is the harmonious resonance of three large-sized dynamic drivers within a compact shell. The three dynamic drivers work together perfectly to achieve outstanding sound quality performance.

Harmon has achieved a high degree of compliance with the VDSF Target Response. Additionally, through subjective tuning, which takes into account the actual coupling of the ear canal and user preferences, Harmon delivers exceptional quality with dynamic and accurate timbre and imaging. The result is pleasing and highly faithful sound reproduction using multiple dynamic drivers.

The distortion of high-performance dynamic drivers with innovative designs and new diaphragm materials is significantly lower than that of balanced armature and mini-sized electrostatic drivers. Thanks to a new patented architecture and the advanced application and tuning technology, Harmon achieves an ultra-low nonlinear distortion well below that of most other multi-driver headphones: the full-frequency nonlinear distortion is less than 0.1% at a sound pressure level of 1 Pa.

Last but not least, Harmon includes high-quality braided cable with replaceable 4.4mm/3.5mm plugs to meet your needs. Any friendly comments are welcome.

I’m very interested to hear how this compares to the Kato!

Umm, 'compact' isn't the word I would use to describe the size of Harmon's shells.

They're freakin' humongous!!

Can you tell me what is the material of the shell? Aluminum alloy? Titanium? 😬
The cavity is made of plastic, and the cover is aluminum.
