It's a good gear!
thnks for your attention but with the help of "good" people, I've already have it and confirm that 6c9 is better))I still have the 6c9 rar file and I'm willing to help out. But can i share it here? will i breake rules of the forum or xduoo copyrights?
I did some tests but only with extensions,I really don't mean to dig up an old thread, but I just purchased an XD-05 and it came with Burson v5i and also Sparkos SS3601s.
I've seen from a few users that they've installed the sparkos op-amps, but I'm trying to see how exactly where they placed and we're extension stand-offs were used or was it a Socket extension.
Any information would be helpful.
Ultimately I'm trying to see if the sparkos can really open this up compared to the v5i or if I should just stick with the G5.
That's a wild looking set up lol.I did some tests but only with extensions,
these are hdam single l opamps, but similarly i use sparkos without splitters
For everyone else, I posted how i did this for the ss3602's in the XD05 Pro thread : https://www.head-fi.org/threads/xduoo-xd05pro.964620/page-5#post-17363837I really don't mean to dig up an old thread, but I just purchased an XD-05 and it came with Burson v5i and also Sparkos SS3601s.

Yeah I just saw your post, I know you mentioned that you trimmed The op amp leads, what exactly did you mean by this? For everyone else, I posted how i did this for the ss3602's in the XD05 Pro thread : https://www.head-fi.org/threads/xduoo-xd05pro.964620/page-5#post-17363837

I have a pair of ss3601, but seeing that you were able to accomplish it with the 3602 I'm more inclined to try.
I really don't know how you got that in lol. Even my 3601 doesn't fit between the capacitors on the right op-amp, I'll have to stalk the classifieds to see If somebody might have a set like you that's already modified. These little through-hole leads can stick out far enough to hit the case, so i trimmed them down a little, may not be needed if you can close the case with the make-shift shielding in place.
Yeah the capacitors are in the way, so i moved them a little with my thumbs, they had just enough play to flex and bend away to make the ss3602s fit. Also cut the socket on the left in half to shift it over, otherwise they don't fit, but where there's a will ...I really don't know how you got that in lol.
