Looks awesome, I had low expectations based on early speculation but it actually looks like it's going to be the best of the three. I wasn't terribly impressed with the other two, although they were enjoyable.

That is part of it but this is not focused on person but rather a final battle of good vs. evil and the X-Men trying to stand with the humans against the brotherhood but the humans want to "cure" all mutants of their mutation. I'm trying to stay away from the spoilers but that's what it seems in the trailer. I'm not sure if the humans are accepting of the X-Men in their fight against the brotherhood or not.

Aw man! Why'd they have to wimp-out Juggernaut!!!!!!! He was one of my favorite characters. I'm sure I'll still love the movie, but that blows! Nevertheless, I will just take solice in what an awesome job Ian McKellan does as Magneto.

I think Wizard magazine picked Iman as their choice for Storm as over 5 years before the movie came out. I agree that Halle Barry makes a very weak storm.

Wizard also picked Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen who made it in and Tommy Lee as Wolverine who thankfully didn't. Can't recall the rest off hand. Kelsie Grammar as Beast seems interesting.

After watching the trailer during 24...all I have to say is WOW. The X-Men franchise is awesome, I love all the movies and the animated series.

Finally a legit reason to go to the movie theater!

If the film lives up to half my expectations at this point it could surpass the first two movies in my mind.
