I wonder if it does best on IEM with SE, not just because of lower power over SE (better control with sensitive driver) but also because of lower noise floor…As long as you monitor your volume, it can be quite a IEM monster of an amp.
I find that the hiss and ringing just too much for IEMs even going down the less sensitive ones is still quite there. Maybe a really insensitive one will be usable.
Thanks! How did it sound with Diana? It’s perfectly fine. I ran the abyss and dca stealth on it to unbearable volume
Easily through 4.4mm! (don't think I used the 3.5mm while I had them). Plus with the 650's I couldn't detect any hiss unlike the Meze Elites which show I very low level of hiss through the 4.4mmIs it powerful enough to get good dynamics out of the HD 650?
Thanks! By the way do you know how to turn off alerts from other threads? I keep getting notifications for Grado and really don’t want any more.Easily through 4.4mm! https://wooaudio.com/accessories/tube-mini-power-baseNYC CanJam preview video has that power base featured. It looks great! But I'm curious for more details about it like price or release date.
