Question: I connected the device to an Android phone. I listen to TIDAL via USB AUDIO PLAYER. The sound level can only be adjusted on the phone; on the device it does not respond. How can I change this?

The volume should be shown on the UAPP screen. The volume is adjusted by the phone but the sound volume is through the app. Make sure that you have app on max volume as shown below. ie 00db.
Im currently using app through galaxy note 8 with Dragonfly cobalt.

Ok i have to correct what i said about UAPP. Just make sure you are seeing the volume change through the UAPP screen as shown in my last post. You only keep it at max when playing a dragonfly or other compatible dongle through an amp. Otherwise at any volume you prefer via the UAPP screen.
