I'll definitely wear these over Comply I think. Comply tips are good, but kind of annoying.
HFA - I never cared for the Sony Hybrids. Found them too stiff and they would still slip out and weren't all that comfy to me.
ClieOS - It's pretty thin and piable. IN FACT: I just inverted a flange inside out and noticed that there are vertical striations (about 8 or 10 per tip) that aid in the tip conforming to your ear canal. I will try to post a pic later. Apparently some real thought went into these and me thinks they will have a patent on this feature. This tips are shipping out with new product but not available as accesory until early 2013.

I got my hands on those tips and used them with the W4. I used the ones without color painted on the bottom of the stem. They open up the sound and provides a significantly taller soundstage. The treble sounds slightly brighter, and has more sparkle. The music also more room to breath.
The biggest change is with the W3. On top of what I stated above, there is more noticeable forward mids and less midbass but bass impact remains the same.
