Will an Audioengine D1 24-Bit DAC amp pair with my 32 ohm Beyerdynamic DT990s?

Hey lads,

I have an opportunity to buy the very nice DAC/amp listed above for a good price off a friend. Wondering whether the headphones (32 ohm) would have any benefit due to their low impedence.
