Hi i'm new to this forum and this is my first post.

I would like to buy a new earphone but i can't make a decision between all those earphones.

My budget is around 70-80 euros(100 dollar).
I listen to hip-hop/rap/pop.
I have mp3 files but also flac.
I'm looking for good quality, noise isolation and durability.
I read good reviews about the sennheiser cx400 ii and the soundmagic e10. Does someone have experience with these earphones or does someone know if there is a better earphone? If it's necessary i would would buy something above 100 dollar. But i think im good with this.

Greets,
Jamie

Hi,

Under 100$ you can get much better headphones than E10 or cx400. Hifiman RE-400 waterline is one of them. Ljokerl has compiled a comprehensive list her - http://theheadphonelist.com/headphone-list/#.

Shortlist your headphones from above and read detailed reviews of ljokerl at - http://www.head-fi.org/t/478568/multi-iem-review-307-iems-compared-inear-stagediver-2-stagediver-3-added-12-23-13-p-829

Hope this will help,

Cheers,

Mangat

Well i think i go for the hifiman re-400. I hope it can be shipped to western europe...

Also check out the RHA MA750 if you can find them at the right price. Also Final Audio Design Heaven II is excellent.

Does it also has balanced and natural audio?
Added: for pop music maybe detailed?

Not neutral like se215. It's mainly for bass lovers, the bass reaches to sub level, not much mid bass hump. Se215 miss out very low tones, xb90ex play them with eaae. The soundstage is pretty big. It has 16 mm drivers. The bass is big but doesn't muddle other frequencies much, and clarity is preserved. But beware that bassy genres will sound best, others may not. Probably best basshead under 100.

Oke thanks, but the only problem is that the xb90ex can only be shipped in the US. Amazon doesn't deliver in holland:frowning2:
