I mean, the site clearly stated "In Stock" when I was ordering and now I'm getting nothing.

This is the my first(in fact 1/2 of first) purchase from HR and I'm sure this will be last.

I hate to say it but it sounded like an error on their end, almost too good to be true. While Headroom has competitive prices, they are hardly ever extraordinary and generally closer to MSRP (with maybe a 10-20 buck off coupon code). This type of extreme deal is more along the lines of say a Buy.com.

However it would be a shame if such a well regarded sponsor did not own up to their offer.

EDIT: Unless of course they truly did sell out under the "deal price" and hopefully some/most will get their HPs

Usually online retailers aren't required to honor mistakes if they are, in fact, mistakes.

Sometimes they do anyway, for good will, but they aren't required to.
