What does suck is Canadian Border Services....they've had a package of mine for 10 days now. Just an audio cable, but the CBSA in Vancouver is apparently working through a huge backlog? WTH?
That's one of my beefs too. When I have a parcel from Europe come through Montreal, boom, next day clearance. Vancouver and Mississauga are terrible. The rule "the faster the shipment , the faster the processing" I now only use 1 or 2 day shipping and have even moved to couriers with Fedex the best so far for next day and paid more to get a faster processing by customs. If your shipment is 3-5 days, you may not see it for weeks.! My other beef is the Canada Post $10 charge for processing. Even if it a few dollars they still f-you.
