Who is "Your Band"

Moonsorrow for me. I connect well with the folk instruments they use. In general I enjoy through composed songs more so than constructed songs with tons of chorus and most of their songs are through composed.

From my earliest days - Pink Floyd (still play them often - and have at different stages owned virtually all of their albums)

Now - Porcupine Tree

The Cure and Suede were big for me also, The Smiths also.

Nice! I love almost anything Brett Anderson does, from Suede, The Tears, to his minimalist solo stuff. His last album Slow Attack was great.
I was really into The Smiths back then too, but never really got into Morrissey solo stuff.

Yeah "Head Music" kind of killed it for me. I stopped following them after the Tears, but didn't know he had solo stuff, will have to search it out. I once saw Morrissey in Detroit, where he opened up with "It must be bloody awful to live in a place named Hockeytown" lol.

I only liked Godspeed, haven't heard their music since about 4-5 years ago.
