I am in need of advice for which subwoofer to shop for!
I went a little crazy over the weekend with all the different sales and pieced together a new computer build. I decided this would be the perfect time to upgrade my ancient logitech z-2300 2.1 set from 2005...
I have a pair of M-Audio BX5 D2 powered monitors on the way that will be connected to a Soundblaster ZxR card.
What would be a good subwoofer to pair up with these speakers and sound card? I would like to stay around the $200 range if possible but will go up to $300 if there is no alternative. Cheaper is fine as well.
There are RCA outputs on the card itself. It would be nice to be able to run RCA cables from the card into the subwoofer and run the speakers out of the subs. Or am I looking at this all wrong?
