My favorite is Dunu Candy. But Spitfit Omni is my go-to choice for it's fit & comfort. Also love Penon (orange & black both) for their fantastic sound reproduction, not to mention the TRI Clarion for its wider soundstage!

This doesn't fit perfectly with all IEMs. I can't use it with many of my IEMs because it keeps coming off.

Over the years I feel I have tried everything under the sun including modified Etymotic tri-flange tips. I always come back to these. Using with Westone Mach 80's

For today i am using the ie200 with final e series black tips ... This tips improve the bass, and a bit treble. How ever the mids feels a bit thin for my sound preference.
