... I know how to take them apart... I've had them for 3 years now. The whole frame got stripped and painted. The inner part of the headband was taped so the adjustment wouldn't be impacted.

You can disassemble the headband and adjustment part too.

I know. I didnt want paint to get into the two strips that the cushion and the adjustment bands slide into... would be a pain in the *** to get everything back in.

Hey guys can i ask something,is there any way to make the headband not to chip more,maybe by using a liquid product or something like that?
Mine has started to chip,but is very minimal and not so noticable,but if there is a way to prevent it from being worse,tell me please.

I see mediamarkt and saturn carry them,and there are these stores here in greece,so i maybe check it out.

Any other product,maybe a transparent glue or something similar,to aply it on the headband where the problem is?

Have you tried Liquid Band Aid? It's waterproof and it's not permanent, but it should protect it and prevent the chips from getting bigger.
