Most uncomfortable i have tried : Koss Pro3aa.

Most comfortable i have tried : Grado sr225

I put the grados there just because im amazed over how different people are. I cannot feel them at all on my head or ears. So easy just to put on and rock on

the plastic sr80's weigh practically nothing. the sr325i's have a noticable weight that i can hardly call uncomfortable, just pleasant.

sr325i's + glasses + sombrero = major discomfort, though

I WAS just about to finally order a pair of SR225. I auditioned them a while back, and remember being very surprised at the lack of comfort, but I was kind of willing myself to forget about that and take the plunge.. Anyways, thanks guys for looking out for my wallet.

The most UNcomfortable for me would be JVC Marshmallows. I'd get so frustrated with losing a seal after 5 minutes that I would just stuff it into my ear as hard as I could. Pain.
