[Hampsterator]

Thinking of buying some new Akg's now that christmas is coming around again.  After some pretty extensive searching I'v managed to find both the K141 MK II and the k240 S for about 100 bucks.  Which do you think is the better deal?

k240 Studio would be better for most uses. I think the k141 is just a smaller version that rests on the ears and not over them.
 
If you have a good desktop amp (not portable) the k601 are far better except have much less bass. I actually prefer it to the k701 that I owned for 2-3 years. k601 is less neutral though.
