Hi everyone!
I bought a pair of DT880s 600 for about a month so far and I love it so much. I kind of babied them for the first two weeks, but I've been using them much more often now. I figured I can always buy replacement earpads and headband when I need to, so I don't have to worry about them wearing out.
So my main question is where should I go from here? I don't have an amp or a DAC, so which would you guys recommend me getting first?
I was originally going to get the e9/e7 combo, but I'm planning on getting the little dot mark III when I have the money. I'm still reading up on tube amps, but from what I've gathered so far, they would go best with these phones.
I'm plugging my dt880s into my logitech z2300s and can hear them pretty well when I crank the volume to about 11 or 12 o clock. But I'm assuming that just barely enough to drive the phones if even at all.
Where would you guys go from here? An Amp or DAC next?
