I'm looking to buy Shure e4c/i4c but I cannot find any shop who can still sell them. I would prefer european shop but also open to US shop.

Probably has something to do with the fact that it has been discontinued for 2~3 years now... You might not be able to get Shure to service it if it has any problem. I doubt Shure still stock these old models. There is a good chance they will just send you a new SE model if you want to repair it.
