Hi there, I will be in Germany at the end of the month and planning to buy an HD800 and/or a T1 with the new headband. Since I will be moving around, I do not want to buy online, and I know that these high-end models are not available in most regular electronics stores/chains.
I also want to make sure to get phones from recent vintage, to minimize any risk of "bass-light" versions or so...
So, it would be awesome to know where to look for them.

Where in Germany? Frankfurt? Muchen? Berlin? Somewhere else?

I will mostly in Frankfurt, Berlin, Dusseldorf I guess.
Does MediaMarkt sell HD800 and suchs? A couple years ago the best I could find there was the HD595 and AKG601...
