I know the OP said hp holders, but you might consider some of those plastic see-thru tubs with lids. Keeps the dust out and protects the hp. Easy to stack and easily accessible.

In my case a headphone holder is just more clutter. This system (that I saw someone else using here on head-fi) works well for me. Takes up less space.
