Would have been announced by now if it was an xmas release. It's gonna be pricey as hell, but I do like Sony Equipment, even if it is largely tat compared to what it used to be.

I'll be in Japan in December. The news of a possible 64GB X is definitely intriguing as I like my 32GB X, but I'd definitely consider the 64GB A possibly if I see it and like it in person. My hurdle as I've said before is I like the X interface, and not sure I want to go back to buttons. We'll see.

Im thinking that I gonna shotgun the A845, i dont need that much space but 332AUD is a reasonable price. They just update the A845 on the pricejapan.com. I just wonder will the price gonna drop when xmas come >.<

Generel consensus on japans bb’s seems to be that the sound quality is on par with the x-1000 and rh1 , but with a relatively neutral sound signature..

Thanks for the brief translations! I must say that I am not very pleased with the descriptions of the A847-sound. Of course this is only one review but if others confirm this I'll buy an X-1000 instead. Any news on a 64GB X-1000 btw?
