Dell AT101W. It was $7 but it's many times better than any rubber dome (Logitech, Microsoft, etc.) keyboard I've ever used. I happily gave up the LCD display and extra keys on my Logitech G15 for it.

A Dell 101 was the first "upgrade" kb I ever bought. I think I paid $5 for mine.  The 101 is 2nd only to the IBM model M, IMO.

My desktop is temporarily out of commission so I'm currently using my laptop- and since it doesn't have a PS/2 port, I'm using my Logitech G15. UGH!!! Going from the AT101W to the G15 is quite painful. It honestly feels like I'm typing on a sponge. The keys are harder to actuate and the feedback is... wrong. There's a programming assignment or three I'm not doing simply because I don't want to type on this POS.

I'm going to buy a PS/2 to USB adapter so I never have to deal with a rubber dome keyboard again on my own setup. Much like headphones, you never realize what you're missing until you experience something better.
