I'm using T-DSL 1000 over here (1000 kbps down-/128 kbps upstream). So 990/125 kbps seems quite a realistic result.

Same as op at home. roughly 2000k/1600k at my apartment. My complex has a hugeass pipe from cox internet that is shared. I love the upload but the download could be better.
