I’m guessing not a lot of people here have lived in San Diego. I’ve lived in Fresno, LA, Virginia, Alaska, Japan, Santa Barbara, and Hawaii.

san diego tops them all. By far.

Off Topic

Not USA but when I visited Rio de Janerio, Brazil, I was really impressed. Personally I think Rio is visually more impressive than any city in the USA.

My vote is for San Diego as well.
I've lived in Germany, D.C., the South East, and SoCal. Travelled all over and have been to half of the 50 states.
Central California, like Monterey is stunning also.
But San Diego takes the cake.

San Diego was a spot I never really visited, despite being from the Bay Area, strange. Must be nice out there as many people talk about it.

^Yes…..San Diego is a nice city. A bit under the radar probably because it’s distance is so far away from the majority of the population so most Americans never seriously consider a visit.

It doesn’t have the excitement of other cities but I still like it and even the beaches outside the city are beautiful and charming.

Another advantage of San Diego is that it’s so close to Mexico so you can visit for a day or two and eat some nice tacos.

Anyway, here’s a shot of San Diego.
