What were your first headphones?

AA meeting, not really. The first serious headphone was a Sony MDR V6 which I quite like yet it has to go. Ever since a groove without bass isn't groovy unless it's groovy by itself.

Good times...

JVC HA-D515's and Sony MDR-IF210's, both my dad's old ones.

After those, I figured I needed new headphones, so being a newbie, I bought a Pioneer SE-M290 based on their looks and frequency range. After that, I learned more and more about headphones when a friend told me about mid/hi-fi stuff, which lead to the Grado SR-80i's at first, and now my current setup.

My first headphone was Beyerdynamic DT440. It was in the early 80s. They are still with me...

I was the first person at my high school a couple years ago to where full-size Sony MDR-XD200 headphones, by the time I graduated you could see four to five people a day sporting full cans around campus.

I just upgraded to Beyer DT770s about 3 days ago!

X2 and around the same time though not from Circuit City but from a local hifi shop. They lasted me for about 20 years til I bought a HD540 and a HD25-1 and then ER4.
