Hmm, maybe the Richard X mix of Depeche Mode's "Enjoy the Silence '04."

Or "Baby, Now That I've Found You" by Alison Krauss and Union Station on their Live album. On SACD if you can.

Or "Little Wing" by Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Or "Rebecca" by Steven Bishop on the Ferrington Guitar Sampler.

Or your favorite Michael Jackson song off "HISTory, Part I" - really well mastered!

My fave Grado CDs... (in addition to whats listed above)

Dire straits - Brothers in Arms
Eric Johnson - Alien Love child - Live, Austin City Limits - Live
SRV - Little Wing. IMHO his "Texas Flood" CD is incredible.
John Petrucci / Jordan Rudess - Live "An evening with"

Al DiMeola has a live CD (I forget the name)... filburt brought it over to my place and we were using it to compare vintage PCDPs. Its jazz acoustic guitars, and an outstanding live recording. I'm going to have to PM him for that CD title, and add it to my collection. If anyone here can help fill in that'd be great!!

I also like Adrian Legg... more acoustic guitars.

"Optimistic" by Radiohead. The SR60 really chugs nicely on it, and when I had only DT 880s and SR60s, I actually prefered to listen on it.

Also, "Stop Whispering" (US Version found on the Itch EP) has the sweetest midrange for a Grado headphone. It doesn't sing as well on my other headphones, and especially not on the recessed DT 770-80.
