What Live concerts have you attended?

Was it the Three Side Live tour in 1982?!? I wished I could be old enough to see a Genesis concert before they pretty much disbanded... Genesis fan anyone? :)

I still have the ticket stubs and they're for August 22 and 23 of 1982. So, yeah I suppose it was that tour. I remember Phil working the audience, trying to get 1 side of the stadium to scream louder than the other

I also saw Peter Gabriel there in 1983. :thumbsup_tone1:

Elo

Allison Krauss & Robert Plant
Jethro Tull x4
Yes x4
Roxy Music x3
The Who x2
Harry Chapin, with/for my girl friend at the time.
Dan Fogelberg, with/for my girl friend at the time,
Rush x2
The Psychedelic Furs
Styx
J Geils Band
Heart
The Joe Perry Project
Aerosmith

I am sure I have missed a band or two, but this is the majority of bands I have seen live.
Yes, Roxy Music, Jethro Tull and the Who were my favorites. Meeting Les Paul was the all time high point!

I still have a Rush ticket from 1975 for $5......and Kansas was the back up band!!  It was at a local ice skating rink.  Kick ass.  Drummer John Rutsy gone....Neil Peart just joined the band.

Led Zeppelin $10 ticket from 1975.  Chicago Amphitheatre.   3 songs in, concert stopped.  Page too wasted to play.  No re-schedule.  We all got refunds.

I've been cleaning up a few of the shows I attended onFM setlists and they had this show at Thomson-Boling Arena 20,000+ seats

Petty was at a low point when this was scheduled, the Civic Coliseum is around 6,000 seats, by the time the show happened "You Don't Know How It Feels" was getting heavy airplay, and that show would have sold out Thompson-Boling

BTW check out the ticket price

I saw Steve Marriott upstairs in Southend several times, a true performer and a genuine geezer! And I should have added Dr Feelgood, a band I loved so much I moved to Essex and spent many evenings on Canvey Island.
