What kind of TV do you own?

1 month old 42" Toshiba LCD. Haven't spent too much time watching it though as I'm still waiting on the new sofa to show up! HD isn't so comfortable from a hardwood floor.

Sony Pearl (VPL-VW50) 1080p projector + 105" screen (unfinished basement, for now)
Sony 34" CRT 1080i (listening room)
JVC 36" 4:3 CRT (~10 years old, apparently the largest that can be made without the tube imploding-in an unused bedroom)

I don't personally own a TV of any size, these are all Dad's.

Nice PJ...my dad wants a projector and I mentioned this one to him, but I don't think he wants to drop a large amount of coin...

~16 inch TV from about 12 years ago, weighs like a pile of bricks and sized equally.

I don't watch TV really so I don't care about it, just played some console games on it, something which I've pretty much grown out of now also.
Besides that, my PS2 was jacked when my house was broken into while I was on vacation, so that helps too.

Pity they didn't take the TV though, too large for them?

A Mits 65" RPCRT HD for the main HT system. A JVC 27" flat pannel wide-screen HD for the kids for gaming, and bedroom TVs: a 31" CRT and two 27" CRTs, all Sanyos.(wonder how that happened; all Sanyos.

)

I'm another of those who doesn't watch much TV. But I am a fan of action movies where the sound is equally as important as the picture. My wife often complains that I have to watch a movie twice. The first time to hear it, and the second time to see it.

...and the words usually come through the second time.

"Sony... no baloney"! Does anyone remember that old ad campaign?

My used daily main set is an 8 year old 53" Sony rear projection 4:3 TV, and i've had ZERO problems or issues with it all these years! This obviously well-made TV has been one of the best consumer purchases i've ever made, performance-wise, and construction/quality-wise!
