What is your most prized possession

Here is another "prized" possession of mine because it is my carry piece that I have on me at all times. She keeps me safe on the darkest of nights and comforts me when I have to go to Detroit (8 mile area) at two in the morning.

Yep Ruger P90 Guns & Ammo 45th anniversery edition .45ACP. Nice pic, but you made one extream firearms safety mistake. Finger off the trigger until you have your target lined up and are ready to shoot. Bad bad bad, don't let me catch you violating the 4 safety rules again. LOL

For my graduation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, my family got together and gave me a Colt Combat Commander .45, engraved with my name/class/school logo, and hand tooled a leather case with the Colt emblem on one side, and my engineer's screw (propeller)insignia on the other, all with hand lacing and sheeps skin/wool interior.

They had it worked over by an inventor/gunsmith/armorer of fame, the one the SEALS used to use to spice up all their combat gear and personal weapons...

Best gift I ever got from my family...will keep it till death, then it goes to the Daughter.

HEY - NIIIICE 10/22, along the lines of what I will give to the Daughter when she graduates - family tradition sort of thing (thanks dad)

Firearms? - years ago in the service. Nowadays I am only scared of them as well as of the people carrying them.

Most prized possession? No doubt, my Serengeti with Strata lenses. I never leave the house without them.

My prized possessions would be the various muscle car parts and drag racing parts that I accumulated over the years in trying to complete my race car (6 years and counting and still not completed with the end nowhere in sight). Cars has been and will always be my first and foremost hobby above all. Some of the parts that I accumulated are rare and no longer in production, I was lucky enough to come across them when I did now seeing some of the prices they fetch. BTW that is an awesome 10-22.

Well, I had an Uncle Sam recruiting poster autographed backstage by all the members of The Clash in 1980. A beautiful poster, "personalized" by the Clash. Mick Jones has drawn a Hitler mustache on it and Joe Strummer had drawn a swastika armband. Of course, I learned last month my mother was cleaning my room and threw it out. I won't begin to describe the tantrum I threw... So, until I learned that it's now decaying somewhere in a trash dump, that had been my "most prized" possession. I suppose there's a zen or buddhist lesson in there somewhere. But **** that -- I want that ******* poster back!

Oh,yes, I forgot to mention in the same box was an original, first release "Eraserhead" poster. Value: $800-$1200

My dog "Abby", my constant and faithful companion. Forty pounds of furball. I bought her as a puppie, and the papers list me as her owner. So, if it counts, she's it. Sorry! No instraments of death here.

My 1984 Kramer Vanguard its the black V, 4th from the left.
Its completely OEM, and its stock Schaller pickups sound incredible. Its the total Metallica Master of puppets beast. My wife gave it to me for my 29th birthday. As a teenage Iron Maiden, Metallica, Megadeath, Van Halen punk in highschool this was THE guitar I dreamt about at night.... black with gold hardware...

Aww thanks. I had a framed one of these but left it behind during a move in 1980. I've got a David Bowie Hunky Dory album cover on which Andy Warhol signed to me and drew a mustache, glasses, and broken heart tatoo on Bowie's picture. I'd be pretty upset if that was thrown out by someone. I had a postcard which had been sent to my grandmother by a friend of hers from the Titanic before it left port ... which I've lost.

But my most prized possessions are my two dogs who are now unfortunately 10 1/2 years old.
