Tough one, but it's a five-way tie:

1.1: Mahler 2nd
1.2: Mahler 9th
1.3: Beethoven 9th
1.4: Beethoven 7th
1.5: Bruckner 4th

Not quite fair, but there are too many symphonies I love to boil it down to a "most favorite," so I'll take some representatives.

Mahler's 2nd, Shostakovich's 11th or Tippett's 3rd. It looks like Mahler is running away with the "favourite symphonic composer" accolade!
