What is the difference between the Sennheiser HD 448 and the HD 449?

reviewers say that the sennheiser hd 449 is a improvement over the hd 448 in everything (but mainly in the bass), since the headphone are low impedance(32 ohm) so the dont need an amp to sound good (but an amp will make them shine). also the design has changed and the earpads are more comfortable than the hd 448.

HD4x9 are more refined & perfected than HD4x8, trust me!
HD418 is muddy as hell, but HD419 is good sounding at every aspect.
