What headphones are you currently rocking?

That's the best looking recable I've seen as far as dual entry modding goes. Very sexy.

BTG?

EDIT: Obviously BTG, but I've never really heard of them. This would be ideal for doing a dual entry 3 pin for the new Centrance portable DAC.

I've commandeered Whitecrow's battlestation and am currently using the HE-400's he's borrowing from yet another head-fi'er.

I really like these. For some things I like them more than his HE-500's. The warmer mids play nice with a lot of the music I listen to.

Still prefer my CD900ST's to both of them though.

And I do cycle through my other cans.

I've sold off almost all my mid-fi stuff, and now I basically listen to the ESP-950 and PS1000 at home, and the T5p on the move.

Back at home with my own setup. Really surprised by the fact that my Little Dot I+ is able to pull out waaay more mid range detail and body than Whitecrow's Lyr. I think the Lyr is just too tube-y for the CD900ST's.

I did like that the Lyr was able to add a good bit of bass, as well as a larger soundstage to the CD900ST's.

I'm currently rocking my busted to hell V700 because I'm too lazy to go get my SRH440 and my DT880's pads are currently drying after their annual cleaning. The V700 was on the table and I figured I'd put it on just to remember how bad it was. I'm listening to Faure's Requiem and it sounds like I'm hearing it through an AM transistor radio. And yet, probably because it's such an awesome piece of music, I'm catching myself enjoying it.

^ Those certainly have a unique-looking design. I'm a bit out of the loop with these smaller, portable sets, so I actually hadn't seen this one before.

Incidentally, my pads are now dry enough so I've switched back to my DT880. It's like pulling cotton balls out of my ears. What's amazing is that in that short space of time I was already getting used to the wonky midrange of the old V700, and the DT880 still sounds a bit dark in the upper mids in comparison, though that's rapidly dissipating. Mainly I just feel like I'm home after a rather harrowing trip. Imagine doing this for a week.
