MDs for me tonight. I'm just past the 100-hour mark, so I've been ignoring the ESP950 and PS1000 of late.
And my god, these are fantastic. I simply cannot believe they're $300 cans. I'm listening to DMB's Under the Table and Dreaming (one of the best-produced albums of all time in its own right), and I have the biggest, stupidest smile on my face.
I simply cannot believe these things put out this much enjoyment for the money.

I brought my mdr-v6 and apple ear pods on this trip, thinking I'd split my time between the two...however I failed to realize the case I got for this new toy phone of mine, the otterbox, hinders the headphone jack area to the point where I can only fit very small straight plugs....

I have to agree they don't sound that bad. However it does tend to move around in my ear if im moving about

I can see where you're coming from, but I love the 'studio chatter'. I love it on what I'm now currently listening to as well...
