Yeah the DJ100 are available at the Best Buy near me - but it's not a great environment for demo'ing cans. They're fantastic cans. And I'd agree with the "jaded" comment - but I'd also say the TBSE are very good at what they do.

Got inspired to put on my DJ100 after reading this post.

I really enjoy them (with Brainwavz HM5 pads). They really have to be one of the best value for money cans in their price range.

They're absolutely my pick as one of the best values out there along with the HD598.

How do you get the HM5 pads to fit the DJ100? Isn't the Koss a circular cup (not to mention smaller)?

They actually fit quiet good. They do look a little strange with these pads but they're very comfortable and I think the sound improves as well (a little bit larger soundstage).

I really love these pads and use them on the DJ100, Takstar Pro80, Sony mdr-zx700 in addition to the HM5 of course.

Foun d som pictures in the DJ100 thread that shows how they look:

I used the HM5 pads with my M50 when the latter can's earpad became so worn that I couldn't use them, and I was too lazy to buy new pads, but I've never used them on much else. I guess they'd be super-comfortable, though.
