What does an eargasm feel like?

for me:

level 1 eargasm - tingely sensation that starts from my ears goes up my hand and then down my pack...most noticeable by the hair on my back stand up.

level 2 - when the above happens and you get goosepumps

level 3 - when you do that and know its comming in a certain part of the song...like during a song's climax
