itunes > Yamaha DP-u50 > Behringer8024 > Perreaux SXH1 > Ety ER4s. If I am getting interrupted more frequently than 30 minute intervals I switch to Ultrasone HFI650 (with Beyer pads).

I find headphone block out distracting noises, like phones, people talking, etc. For complex algorithms I take 'em off, but otherwise they're on my head most of the day.

I use either the PX-200's or the Ety 4S at work for the most part. I also on occasion use Koss Porta-Pro or the KSC-35. I like the isolation of the Ety's but I only use them when I can afford to ignore the phone.
