American Assassin by Vince Flynn. Its his newest one in the series, which I have enjoyed all of and reread most of them several times. He's sort of tom-clancy-ish except the plot line focuses on one man instead of entire nuclear arsenals, so the technical descriptions tend to be less dry. Its like tom clancy meets the Fox series 24.

I also enjoy Flynn's "Mitch Rapp" series. I'm not too patiently waiting for a new book.
