Finished A game of thrones a few days ago, waiting for A clash of kings.

The ending was a real cliffhanger, so the wait is killing me!

What are you waiting for? Book 2 is already out!

Does anybody know when the english version of the new Haruki Murakami book (IQ 84) will be released?
The German version is already available, but I prefer the english version.

You mean 1Q84.

The English translation of the first two volumes of 1Q84 are expected in the second half of 2011. The third volume will be released a little later.

Well, yea. But I have to import it.

Should be another week or so before it gets here.

I hope you ordered books 3 and 4 also! Anyway, enjoy your reading.

(Arya, Dany, Tyrion and Jaime are my favorite characters!)

I started reading The Message, basicly the Bible rewritten in a currently modern way. I'm enjoying it as it's very readable, much like some of the manga versions.

Now that school has started, most of my pleasure reading time is gone.  I've read The Awakening for school and I'm currently reading The Scarlet Letter for school.  I really liked The Awakening, although I completely disagreed with my class's belief that Edna was an admirable character, and I'm really enjoying The Scarlett Letter so far.

Calculating God by Robert Sawyer - only like 40 pages in right now but it doesn't waste any time getting up to speed!
