Agreed, I have this recording as well. Brendel's Schubert and Beethoven is about as good as it gets (for the sonatas).

I like her better with crazy hair and more relaxed atmosphere...lol.

My daughter is studying the bass and Ive been loading Esperanza's music (ok, John Clayton and Ray Brown too) into her playlists at random intervals in a not very subtle attempt to expand her horizons a bit. Not that there's anything wrong with Bach...

The passion and musicianship in this album still gives me goosebumps, what an incredible album.

Love these guys since the birth of their first album. I also had the pleasure of seeing them perform live in concert. These guys sure do put their heart and soul into the music. This album really is a "breather" from their previous stuff, but I love it no differently.

   Now listening to one of their older albums.
