I hope you can find it. I was able to buy it as an import three years ago for a salty price. It's a very good soundtrack although I'm personally a much bigger fan of Yoko Kanno's work on Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex despite being an avid jazz fan. The third Cowboy Bebop soundtrack "Blue" is great as well.

Bought this video from the iTunes Store today and it has had quite a few plays already. The iTunes version is only 480p but oh well.
 

 
This seems to be an HPS day for me because right now I'm listening to this remix of his and can't get enough of it. I'm so glad he eventually provided it as a free download on Nico Nico Douga.
