Buckle up !!!

Hello fellow Arizonian!

I must comment on this in how a gracious performance it is. I had the blessing of hearing Mozart's "Requiem" in concert at the Valley Presbyterian Church in Paradise Valley back in 2011. It was The ProMusica Arizona Chorale and Orchestra that had performed that evening. It surely was a magnificent performance and I happened to have gotten the best seat in the whole church (second floor; center). The natural ambiance that the church's auditorium provided was fascinating. It was enough to quickly bring me to tears upon hearing the chorus in "Introitus".

Listening to The CultCast right now, love this show!!

Interesting selections.  I'm going to have to check out the first one, looks interesting.  And also look into the other two to find out what on earth they are, ha ha.

Me, too.  Looking forward to it, a date change by FL made me miss his last show here (I already had committed to see Beach House with a bunch of people, importantly my wife.  Suffice to say that although I like Beach House, I'd have preferred to catch FlyLo, based on seeing him a few times before).

Anyway, tonight:

Four Tet   As Serious As Your Life (Jay Dee Remix)

Björk   Moon (The Slips Remix)

XXYYXX   Good Enough

Just got Berlioz Symphonie Fantastique  ,  Scottish Chamber Orchestra conducted by Robin Ticciati.  Had never heard of the conducter but this is a really wonderful performance and the 24/96 sound is gorgeous.  An exceptional recording.
