had to call it a sick day. so, time for mad listening project: compare three versions of Mozart's Requiem.
 
first up: Karajan, Berlin Philharmonic (1962)
then to: Giulini, Phiharmonia Orchestra (1990)
and then: Kertesz, Vienna Philharmonic (1966)
 
as a bonus, I've also queued the string quartet adaptation of the same by the Quartetto Aglaia. all on a
Mac mini (server version) via CIA VDA2-VAC into a Woo Audio 3+ to feed Beyer DT880s. vocals heaven...
