My brother sent me this image yesterday. We went to this concert fifty years ago yesterday. He was thirteen, and I was sixteen.
I don 't think that Queen's first album was out yet. The highlights for me were Aerosmith's version of "Train Kept A-Rollin',"
and Mott The Hoople's version of "Sweet Jane." Check-out the ticket prices. Ah, memories...​

Very cool. So in Harrisburg, you folks lived thru the song "Allentown" by Billy Joel. Me, too ... my dad worked for US Steel Gary Works. We spent our weekends at the Lake Michigan shore, instead of the Jersey Shore.

This is like the 4th time I've seen this album posted. I was over at another forum last night and saw it, after that a couple of posters posted it saying they'd not heard it in ages. I guess I'm now added to the list as I too have not played this in ages. Listening now..... Principles of Lust was such a big hit back in the day....
