What Are You Listening To Right Now?

Thank you again for your kind words, Bob, I appreciate that. What I try to do most often is 'stage portraiture', which is why most of my pictures have only one person in them, often taking up the whole frame. Mostly, with a few exceptions, if I couldn't get close enough for my liking, I just didn't take pictures at that show and just enjoyed it instead.
LarsMan--Your pictures are amazing, thank you for taking them back in the day and taking the time and effort to post them to this thread, looking forward to more!

Pressed rat and warthog have closed down their shop

They didn't want to; 'twas all they had got
Selling atonal apples, amplified heat
And pressed rat's collection of doglegs and feet

Sadly, they left, telling no one goodbye 🤣

I guess I am late to the party, but I like this:

I found these guys last year when they did a great cover of Beck's Debra. Liked it so much and went back and bought the original album version.

But the best, by far, is:

Thelonious Monk - Underground.png

Tremendous improvisation.

Alice Coltrane - The Carnegie Hall Concert.png
Pharoah Sanders on the sax. Mystical, spiritual.

Joe Sample - Children of the Sun.png
This is tremendous music ... thanks to @Ripper2860 for the idea.

New release (Alice) and a couple suggestions from around Head-Fi. The NDR
Bigband is located in Hamburg, Germany, specializing in jazz. HD800 --> :)

I saw on a YouTube video where the fellow rated that Thelonius Monk album cover as his favorite album cover ever. It is very awesome....

I got to see Taste open for somebody - maybe Blind Faith? - at Baltimore Civic Center. Saw Rory loads of times as support and headliner after that....

The album notes on Qobuz say the artwork won a Grammy Award, I didn't know they give (gave?) Grammy's for artwork, but it is way cool.
And even better, the soundstage of the music is like a mile wide on the HD800 headphones. The drums and sax are outside my head. I like that sensation, but I know that not everybody does. Would be tremendous on a nice 2-channel system.
