Where does this album sit in relation to their other releases?

No idea how I came about it, but I actually have it on vinyl, and in fact never even heard it.
Sorry, for the late response. I fell asleep early, lol. But yea, like @LarsMan said, it's the album following Exile on Main Street. Goats Head Soup was recorded mostly in Kingston, Jamaica, so it has a different feel to it than some of their other stuff. Awesome that you have it on vinyl! "Angie" is one of the more well known songs from it. It's worth listening to the whole album though, I love it

As frequently heard on popular rock radio stations and then again, "Color My World" being the musical theme at my H.S. prom by a remarkably memorable horn section band, and deeper dive inside the music on late night listening sessions with headphones out of an Akai reel to reel in the Army Aviation barracks 1972 - As always brought an unconscious smirking smile, never better than now :slight_smile:
