Nice shots. What were you using? Just curios as I'm also a photographer. I got into in it 1979. Still shooting today. One of the first bands I saw when I moved to San Francisco in 1973 was Montrose opening a show at Winterland; I had never heard of them, and they totally blew me away - I couldn't believe how awesome that original Montrose band was. If not for ego issues between Ronnie and Sammy, they could have gone on to be one of the world's biggest bands. I took these at a gig at Winterland in early 1974....

Yea. As far as I can tell, it’s the stereo release from 2009I'm not much of a Beatles fan, only have their "1" CD which features their number one hits, but I do recognize a good boxset. And yeah, sounds like you got an excellent deal.
BTW, it looks like you got the stereo edition as there's also a mono edition but that comes in a white box and says mono.
Discogs has them listed for $90-100 and up. With the last one being sold for $235 on October 4, 2023.
Edit: Revolver is beat up and well listened to. But even with some scratches, it played without skips.

Thank you, Sygnus! I'm glad you enjoy those. I started shooting concert photos in 1969 and continued with it until the early 80's, when venues and bands started cracking down on bringing camera gear into shows; nobody cared in the 1970's. For all my concert photos, I used my trusty old 100% manual Nikon F, and most were taken using my 200mm f4 Nikkor, though sometimes I got really near the front and switched to normal or even wide lenses. I shot about 95% black and white and 5% color slides.Nice shots. What were you using? Just curios as I'm also a photographer. I got into in it 1979. Still shooting today.
Ah, the old days of film. When I got into photography, I was shooting a Canon AE-1, and then a Canon F1. I then sold my gear in 1989. When I re-entered the market in 2000, I went Nikon and bought an F100 (baby F5) and later the F5. I still have them...Thank you, Sygnus! I'm glad you enjoy those. though I no longer use them. This was taken in 2018, though I stopped using those bodies (and film) in 2012, when I got my first digital camera - Nikon D800E
Today, I still shoot with that and a Nikon D850. My go to setup... Nikon D850 with my Nikon 70-200 F2.8E lens. Have other numerous Nikon prime and zoom lenses.
Anyway, nice talking to a fellow photographer.
Peace

Wow, was that someone shipping you, their collection?Listening to John Fahey while taking care of some new stuff. I just love old Nonesuch covers!
Even though I no longer play my vinyl and my turntable is packed away (for now), I still have a small collection (900 compared to 2800 CDs). Some of my audiophile LPs...
I have the CD edition of most of my vinyl collection, though not everything made it to CD. And even though I have CD editions, some won't replace the vinyl editions
Did some shopping on Discogs. Pro tip: never buy more than 99 records at once.Wow, was that someone shipping you, their collection?
My wife: Did you buy 100 more records?
Me: Nope!
This is an excellent album which was panned by the [so called] critics. I learned a long time ago not to rely on critics with Paul & Linda McCartney’s RAM album which was also panned by them.
