Tidal > Microsoft Surface Studio > USB > Denafrips Iris > I2S > Denafrips Pontus II > XLR > Woo Audio WA5-LE [Elrog 5U4G rectifiers, Elrog ER300B-Mo power tubes, National Union 6F8G Drivers w/Woo Audio 6F8G-to-6SN7 adapters]) > Norne Audio Solvine > ZMF Atrium LTD Bubinga

This is a great song to test headphones with. Instant impact, wide variety of instruments from the solid drum kicks to the electric piano to the horns to the finger snaps...lots of decay, placement, ambiance, staging, and otherwise very well mastered.

This used to be one of my favorite albums, but the CD was borrowed and I never got around to getting a copy after I returned it. Thank goodness for streaming!

Gotta love the Vincent Price voiceover! :L3000:

The next one is way better after reading the book. Edgar Alan Poe had a truly wicked imagination (or a missing "friend"). :smiling_imp:
